Police: Asian woman charged with bias crime after attack at Vietnamese restaurant

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland Police arrested a woman after they say she lost control at a restaurant when her credit card was rejected.

According to court documents, the suspect ordered food last week at the OC House restaurant on SE 82nd Avenue and caused damage after her credit card was declined.

She threw a bowl of food against the wall, ripped a fire extinguisher off the wall, threw it, and also slapped and punched an employee several times…
