PORTLAND, Ore. — One year ago, on June 4, 2024, Josh Kelvin was shot and killed while driving for Uber in Southeast Portland.
“It takes 30 seconds, and your life is completely turned upside-down and crushed,” said Josh’s wife, Kelly Kelvin.
As time passes, Kelly still holds tightly to the belief that someone will come forward with information about her husband’s murder. Her plea this year has remained largely unchanged as she seeks help in solving the case. Portland police said no arrests have been made…
