PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Residents at a Beaverton apartment complex are frightened after nine thefts were reported there this year alone. The incidents happened at the Arbor Creek Apartments on Southwest 170th Avenue in Beaverton.
In the most recent crimes, several cars were broken into near the roadway, leaving behind broken windows and busted door frames.
