PORTLAND, Ore. — The cost to park in Portland is climbing, with city leaders set to enact the biggest year-over-year parking fee increase in city history, starting July 1.
While parking meter revenues have slowly grown each year since the COVID-19 pandemic, Portland’s Bureau of Transportation said it’s in deeper financial trouble than ever before.
