MISSOULA, Mont. — A man with a federal warrant out for his arrest in Portland, Oregon was arrested in Bozeman on Wednesday.
Leodis Robert Roach appeared in his initial appearance in a Missoula federal courtroom on Friday on a federal distribution of cocaine charge.
