OREGON CITY, Ore. — A dynamic new residential treatment center is about to open to serve kids in Oregon’s foster care system. The Parrot Creek Youth Residential Treatment Campus outside Oregon City will also provide much-needed beds for children in the juvenile justice system, as well as youths needing mental health or drug and alcohol treatment.
Simon Fulford, Parrott Creek’s executive director, said the state-of-the-art campus will serve as an example for other youth residential care centers by providing three separate programs on one place.
