PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A mother is left searching for answers, four years after her son was found dead in a Downtown Portland youth housing facility.

After struggling with homelessness and addiction, Tianna Martinez said her son Jack was excited to get a room at Outside In’s youth supportive housing in the fall of 2021.
