Beaverton home invasion, assault prompts hunt for suspect

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Detectives are seeking information after they say a Beaverton woman was assaulted by a home invader on Monday.

According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a home near Southwest Bridle Hills Drive and Southwest 161st Drive where a woman said an unidentified man had entered her home and assaulted her both physically and sexually.

The woman said she didn’t recognize the man because he took steps to conceal his identity.
