The popular chain with breakfast, lunch and dinner options may soon have a spot in the city.
Elmer’s Restaurants, Inc. recently applied for a liquor license at 11335 NE Airport Way. This is near the airport and is at the same space as Shari’s Cafe & Pies which closed down. The restaurant would be at the corner of NE Glenn Widing Drive and NE Airport Way.
According to We Are Crackin’ LLC, a company that does franchising for Elmer’s Restaurants, the new location will be corporately owned.
