The Oregon urine dumper is apparently expanding their pee spree! This is an update to a story we shared a while ago.
You might remember us talking about an individual who has been reportedly peeing in bottles and jugs of urine around the Northeast Portland, Oregon area. They then leave the jugs and bottles of pee in recycling bins. Residents have no idea where it came from–they just know it isn’t theirs. Now, the urine dumper appears to be expanding their pee spree. Or are there now copycats on the loose?
