PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – Street racing may be a factor in a deadly motorcycle crash on Interstate 5 earlier this month, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
The crash happened just before 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 12. Police say 18-year-old Oleg Polishchuk was on southbound I-5 when he crashed into the back of a parked construction truck near North Killingsworth Street.
