Pre-Malone: Providence Park preps for Post Malone’s Portland performance

PORTLAND, Ore. — From soccer stadium to concert venue, Providence Park’s transformation is underway for this weekend’s Post Malone tour stop in Portland.

The hip-hop/country crossover artist is stopping in the Rose City for the second to last stop on his tour with Jelly Roll.

This is the third concert held at the stadium since it reopened as a venue last year. Timbers CEO Heather Davis said they expect to have about 31,000 people turn out for the show…
