HILLSBORO, Ore. (KATU) — A 32-year-old woman is charged with bias crime and harassment after her interaction with a Hispanic family in Hillsboro earlier this week.
According to court documents, a woman and her two children were walking in the crosswalk near SE 10th Avenue and Maple Street near Shute Park when the suspect approached them.
