For the second weekend in a row, people were celebrating by marching in Portland. On Saturday, it was part of the Good in the Hood festival. Though unconnected, it follows the Juneteenth Oregon parade route from last weekend.
This weekend’s festival aims to unite people through food, culture and music. The Good in the Hood is a nonprofit that started in 1990.
