HILLSBORO, Ore. (KPTV) – A 32-year-old man is accused of punching an officer at a Safeway in Hillsboro late Saturday night.
Shortly before midnight, on June 28, an officer responded to reports of a man, later identified as Caden Lowry, from Portland, refusing to leave a Safeway.
The officer arrived to the grocery store and spoke with Lowry, telling him he needed to leave. Police say Lowry lunged at the officer and punched him. The officer used his taser but Lowry reportedly continued to lunge at him…
