Police have released the name of the man accused of shooting another man to death in downtown Portland on Tuesday afternoon before fleeing officers across eight city blocks.
Hassan Mohamed Muse, 26, of Portland, faces likely charges of second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon after he allegedly shot a man at Southwest 10th Avenue and Yamhill Street around 3:30 p.m., court records show.
