On its face, the results from the latest rankings from People for Bikes don’t look great for Oregon. If you start with the complete list of cities, you will need to scroll down to 32, Ashland, before you see any mention of the state.
But, before you throw your hands in the air and cry foul, let’s take a deep breath and consider the bigger picture, which is: Two Oregon cities ranked in the top 10 of their respective size categories this year, which is the exact same as last year.
OK, that’s the good news. The bad news is a bit more complicated…
