PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Elderly Portland goats will live out their last days in an urban park.
The Belmont Goats announced on Tuesday that the well-known herd will relocate to near the St. Johns neighborhood’s Pier Park, right across from the community garden.

“We are so excited to be moving only about 2.5 miles down the road and hope to continue seeing all of our current friends and to meet many new ones,” The Belmont Goats said. “We will be raising funds to cover our moving costs including transport, cleanup, water winterization, and structural maintenance.”
