PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A welfare check in Hillsboro early Thursday morning turned into a “major” drug bust for Hillsboro police.
Around 1 a.m., officers responded to a caller who was concerned about someone slumped over in their car near SW Baseline and SW Main Street.
“Officers arrived to check on the individual’s wellbeing and quickly noticed signs of drug impairment,” police said.
