Food & Wine magazine has picked the 10 “most compelling pizza destinations” in the country, and a Portland restaurant made the list.
We can’t claim to be surprised. There are great pies to be found at food carts, farmers markets and cocktail bars across the city. And we’ve joked before that the style Portland is best known for, with local grains and seasonal toppings, has a deep enough roster it deserves its own category and name — maybe “seed-to-slice.”
