WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. — Deputies say an 18-year-old driver died early Thursday morning after crashing off a road in rural Washington County and hitting a tree.
The crash was reported shortly after 2:30 a.m. along Southwest Farmington Road between Tile Flat and Clark Hill roads, south of Hillsboro.
