The trend of food cart spaces in Portland is continuing as Hollywood Bar & Carts is coming to the city.
It was recently reported by Bridgetown Bites that the new food carts will be coming next spring to 1607 NE 41st Avenue. It will be a single-story space with an outdoor bar and patio. The nine vendors have not yet been announced.
Trevor Salas, owner of Hollywood Bar & Carts, said there has been interest from vendors at the Brooklyn Carreta Bar & Courts, 4534 SE McLoughlin Boulevard, to bring their food over to the new space. The official vendors will be made public in a few months…
