The Portland Police Bureau has recently released the names of the officers involved in the in-custody death of Damon Lamarr Johnson in the Kenton Neighborhood, alongside body-worn camera footage from the incident. According to an update on the Portland Police Bureau’s official website, the officers have been identified as Officer J.P. Duque Valencia, with 2.92 years of service, Officer Jason Epton, with 2.53 years, and Officer Travis Wortman, with 1.83 years with the Bureau. All three remain on administrative leave pending the conclusion of the investigation.
