PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Pride Waterfront Festival and Parade is gearing up for some big celebrations in Downtown Portland.
Although the events are spanning one weekend from July 18-19, Pride Northwest works all year-round to help support the LGBTQ+ community.
