PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A new report from the Portland Police Bureau found reduced crime in areas surrounding two of the city’s new emergency overnight shelters.
PPB’s Strategic Services Division released the report Wednesday, analyzing reported crime statistics within 1,000 feet of the Burnside Shelter and the Moore Street Shelter.
