PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One man is dead and another man is accused of murder after a shooting at a Safeway parking lot in Northeast Portland.
The Portland Police Bureau said 41-year-old Ashe I. Sarethi was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center and faces charges that include second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
