PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – There is a large police presence near Mall 205 as officers work to bring down a man who is hiding in the building’s rafters, according to Portland police.
Officers responded to the area of 9800 SE Washington Street around 10:30 a.m. after someone called saying a man was in a confrontation with a security guard.

The man then ran through the store and ended up in the rafters, police said. It is not clear whether they are the rafters of a specific store or the shared space of the mall…
