Fatal Portland shooting ends in prison for Vancouver man

A dispute over fentanyl pills and a stolen laptop ended with a 15-year prison sentence for a Vancouver man.

Tyler K. Cashdollar pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and unlawful use of a weapon Monday for gunning down Brandon Lockwood outside his trailer on Aug. 11, 2023.
