Portland man accuses Oregon sheriff’s office mounted posse of racial profiling

A Portland man filed a federal lawsuit against several members of the Lane County Sheriff’s Mounted Posse for allegedly racially profiling and violently assaulting him outside of the Lane County Fair following a shooting incident.

The complaint, which was filed July 22, listed several other defendants, including the Lane County Fair Board and Iron Shield, LLC, a former Oregon limited liability company.
