PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – An affordable housing complex breaking ground next week will offer an accessible environment for people living with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as other low-income households.
73Foster, a 64-unit complex, will feature 22 apartments with wrap-around services from Community Vision and be offered to people earning 0 to 30% of the area median income.
