A restored, well-preserved 1894 Queen Anne mansion in Southeast Portland first owned by one of the founders of the Oregon Historical Society was listed for sale at $1,495,000 on July 10, and an offer was accepted five days later.
“We had a lot of early interest in the home,” said listing broker Todd Talcott of Windermere Realty Trust. “We had agents FaceTiming their clients who were on vacation and who lived out of state as they did not want to miss the opportunity.”
