PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Central Bike Squad Officers responded to a theft report at a retail store in Pioneer Place Mall on Wednesday.
Jeffrey Sims, 54, is a prolific retail thief, according to the Portland Police Bureau. He initially fled the store, but an approximate $2,603 of Nike merchandise was eventually recovered.
