PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Vancouver police released new details about the Wednesday shooting that left two people dead and two people injured.
Around 6:15 p.m., officers responded to the 13600 block of NE 22nd Street and found that a 29-year-old man had broken into someone’s home while carrying a shotgun and attacked a 43-year-old man inside the residence, police said. That victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
