PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Crews are responding to a two-alarm fire at a retirement care facility in Tigard early Monday morning, officials say.
Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue responded to Avamere at Park Place on SW Hemlock St. just before 7 a.m. Officials say fire began outside and moved indoors.
