GRESHAM Ore. (KPTV) – The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) Child Welfare Division is asking the public for help to find a missing 13-year-old from Gresham.
Brittan Arrington is a 13-year-old girl in foster care who went missing on July 29 and is believed to be in danger.
She is described as having blonde or occasionally dyed black hair, blue eyes, five feet four inches tall, and weighing 125 pounds.
DHA said Arrington has a nose piercing and is known to frequent 82nd Ave in Hillsboro…
