MORROW COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – Authorities in Gilliam County said they rescued a 1-year-old from the back of a car that had reportedly been stolen from Portland Friday.
According to the Gilliam County Sheriff’s Office, around 1:15 p.m. Friday, Frontier Regional 911 got a call about a vehicle on Interstate 84 East that had allegedly been stolen from Portland by an unknown person. Gilliam County officials said the one-year-old child of the car’s owner was still inside when the car was stolen.
