$23M lawsuit alleges apartment owners failed to warn Oregon deputy of armed tenant who shot him

A Washington County sheriff’s deputy has filed a $23 million lawsuit against the owners of a Tualatin apartment complex — claiming they failed to provide warning of a tenant who ambushed him in a burst of gunshots when he tried to serve an eviction notice.
