PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A fight between two women at Pioneer Elementary School in Vancouver ended with one woman shot in the foot and another woman in the Clark County Jail.
On July 31, Vancouver police said, one woman flew into town “to fight with another woman” at the school. When the fight ended, the out-of-towner and her family got into a car to leave. But “someone opened fire” and a bullet hit the out-of-towner in the foot.
