PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The median price for rentals in the suburbs of Portland is rising faster than within the heart of Rose City, according to Rentometer.
Rentometer is one of many websites that tracks rental data across the country. Their data focuses on the median cost of a three-bedroom rental during the first half of 2025, compared to last year. This would be the size for a typical small family rental.
