Portland police seek public’s help finding woman missing since July 13

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Police Bureau said they are seeking the public’s help in locating a woman who has been missing for over three weeks.

“Heather Labarre has been uncharacteristically out of contact with family since July 13, 2025, and there is concern about her welfare,” PPB said in a press release.

Labarre, 45, is described as a Caucasian woman, 5’03”, 200 lbs, and it’s unknown what type of clothing she might be wearing.

If anyone knows where Labarre is now, they’re asked to call 911. People with other information that might be relevant to the case, but is non-time-sensitive, are asked to call contact Portland police…
