Long-time homeless community Dignity Village gets electricity

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — For the first time ever, the electricity is on at Dignity Village.

The long-time Northeast Portland homeless community has installed solar panels with the help of a grant from the city. Now, all 43 of the tiny homes have power.
