PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A woman was found dead inside a home where a man was barricaded and in a standoff with the Portland Police Bureau for hours on Sunday.
At about 6:30 p.m., officers responded to a welfare check in the area of Southeast 170th Avenue and Southeast Division Street. According to police, a man called 911 to report a woman was dead in the home.
