PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A black bear has been confirmed in Forest Park, with a sighting reported near the BPA trailhead on Skyline, west of Germantown.
The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) receives reports of black bears in the area annually, so the occurrence is not unusual.
