PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The body recovered from the Columbia River on Thursday has been identified as a 16-year-old boy, officials announced.
The Clark County Medical Examiner said Anthony C. Tarnoski died from an accidental drowning while swimming near Frenchman’s Bar.
