PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Multnomah County officials believe the death of a 56-year-old man found on Saturday was related to the record-setting heat wave in Portland, the medical examiner’s office said on Sunday.
Officials said the man was found in the 97209 zip code, which includes Old Town Chinatown, the Pearl District and Nob Hill.
