1 hurt after reports of ‘blown out window’ and flames at downtown Portland apartments

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – At least one person is hurt after a reported fire in a high-rise Portland apartment building downtown on Sunday afternoon, according to Portland Fire & Rescue.

Just after 3:30 p.m., crews responded to the Bud Clark Commons apartments on Northwest Hoyt Street after people reported a “blown out window” and flames, PF&R said.

Firefighters said they arrived to find a window open with smoke and what looked like an activated sprinkler…
