PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The suspect in the deadly shooting of Philip E. Redmon in the Overlook Neighborhood has been arrested.
On Aug. 26, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested 38-year-old Andy J. Wright in San Francisco.
Wright is currently held in a California jail, facing charges of murder in the second degree and felon in possession of a firearm, as he awaits extradition…
