VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — Vancouver Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Robert McSwain, an 81-year-old man who is considered missing and endangered.
McSwain was last seen wearing a black ball cap, black sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black and white shoes.
He has a short white beard and mustache and may be riding a reddish mountain-style bicycle…
