PORTLAND, Ore. — Women have now reported two incidents of predatory behavior by a man on the Salmon Creek Trail in Vancouver, giving authorities a similar description in each case, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said in a Tuesday release.
The first incident happened last Wednesday, Sept. 3. A woman called 911 just before 3:45 p.m. to report that she’d been assaulted while walking her dog on the Salmon Creek Trail eastbound toward the park at Klineline Pond.
