PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — More details are emerging about a shooting that left a man critically injured in Wood Village earlier this week.
According to court documents, Multnomah County Deputies responded Monday night to a reported shooting at the Byway Apartments on Northeast Halsey Street.
